We are not holding anymore
Adult Netball practices now until after the Summer Holidays
Adult Netball starts from Wednesday 7th September 2011
The AGM will be also be held @ 8.40pm on
Wednesday 7th September following the practice

Netball practice times 2011/12:
***Juniors (Ages 7 – 11): Monday’s 5.30 –
6.30pm***
***Adults
(16yrs+): Wednesday’s
All practices are held in Ruthin Leisure
Centre (Brynhyfryd)
Beginners welcome at all sessions – just
turn up.
Ruthin Ladies Netball Club was formed in
2005.
Our members have a wide range of ability,
from complete beginners to county player standard.
Our training sessions are designed to
improve fitness and develop skills
in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
Our team; ‘Ruthin Thunder-Birds’ plays in
the Flintshire Netball League
And a Sunday league at NEWI, Wrexham.
We are affiliated to Welsh Netball and
North-East Wales Netball
