Netball practice times 2010:

Juniors (Ages 7 – 11): Monday’s 5.30 – 6.30pm

Adults (16yrs+): Wednesday’s 7.40 – 8.40pm

Note: No practices will be held over the Easter holidays or bank holidays.

We will continue practices into May but then break for the summer thereafter.

We normally resume practices at the beginning of September. Please check this website for details or email us.

All practices are held in Ruthin Leisure Centre (Brynhyfryd)

Beginners welcome at all sessions – just turn up.

Ruthin Ladies Netball Club was formed in 2005.

Our members have a wide range of ability, from complete beginners to county player standard.

Our training sessions are designed to improve fitness and develop skills

in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Our team; ‘Ruthin Thunder-Birds’ plays in the Flintshire Netball League

And a Sunday league at NEWI, Wrexham.

We are affiliated to Welsh Netball and North-East Wales Netball
