The 2008/09 Netball season has now finished.

We are having a break over the summer and will start again in September.

Next Junior practice – Monday 7 September 2009

Next Adult practice – Wednesday 9 September 2009

Netball practice times 2009:

Ages 7 – 11: Monday’s 5.30 – 6.30pm

Adults (16yrs+): Wednesday’s 7.40 – 8.40pm

All practices are held in Ruthin Leisure Centre (Brynhyfryd)

Beginners welcome at all sessions – just turn up.

Ruthin Ladies Netball Club was formed in 2005.

Our members have a wide range of ability, from complete beginners to county player standard.

Our training sessions are designed to improve fitness and develop skills

in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Our team; ‘Ruthin Thunder-Birds’ plays in the Flintshire Netball League

And a Sunday league at NEWI, Wrexham.

We are affiliated to Welsh Netball and North-East Wales Netball
