New Season Netball training starts from:
Adults – 7.40pm Wednesday 2
September 2009
Juniors – 5.30pm Monday 7
September 2009
The Ruthin Ladies Netball Club AGM will be held at 7.40pm on Wednesday 2 September
at Ruthin Lesiure centre and this will be followed by our first training session of the new season.
Netball practice times 2009:
Juniors (Ages 7 – 11): Monday’s 5.30 – 6.30pm
Adults (16yrs+): Wednesday’s
All practices are held in Ruthin Leisure Centre (Brynhyfryd)
Beginners welcome at all sessions – just turn up.
Ruthin Ladies
Netball Club was formed in 2005.
Our
members have a wide range of ability, from complete beginners to county player
standard.
Our
training sessions are designed to improve fitness and develop skills
in a
relaxed and enjoyable environment.
Our
team; ‘Ruthin Thunder-Birds’ plays in the Flintshire Netball League
And a
Sunday league at NEWI, Wrexham.
We are
affiliated to Welsh Netball and North-East Wales Netball
